Terms of Service for Commissions by Nacho Jukumari1. AgreementBy commissioning me, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline expectations, rights, and responsibilities for both parties.2. What I Offer- Character illustrations (anthro and humanoid)

- Full scenes and narrative piecesNot currently offering:- Reference sheets
- Telegram sticker packs3. Payment- Payment is required upfront when I begin working on your piece.
- For Colombian customers, I accept Nequi and Bre-B.
- For international customers, I accept PayPal.
- Work will not begin until payment has been confirmed.4. Turnaround Time- Estimated turnaround time: 1 to 4 weeks, depending on workload.
- Complex pieces or busy periods may take longer.
- Any significant delay will be communicated.5. Updates and Communication- I will continuously update my Trello queue
- Clients will receive key-stage updates such as the sketch.
- You may request progress updates at any time.
- Clear communication helps prevent delays.6. File Delivery- Final artwork will be delivered as a high-quality PNG file via email or Telegram.
- If you need a different format, please request it in advance.7. Revisions- Revisions can be requested during the sketch phase.
- Major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee.
- Corrections caused by errors on my part will not incur extra cost.8. Cancellations and Refunds- If the client cancels before work begins, a full refund is possible.
- Once work has started, no refunds will be issued unless I am unable to complete the commission.
- If I cancel the commission for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.9. Rights and Usage- I retain all copyrights to the artwork.
- The client receives personal-use rights, including:
- Sharing on social media
- Using as icons, banners, or profile images
- Printing for personal use
- Commercial use is not allowed unless previously negotiated and paid for.The artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, resale, or any commercial product without written permission.10. What I Will Not Draw- Firearms or realistic weapons
- Explicit NSFW content (genitalia or sexual acts)
- Pornographic material
- Light suggestive themes and certain mild fetishes may be acceptable. Feel free to ask11. Privacy- By default, I may post the artwork on my social media or portfolio.
- If you want your commission to remain private, please mention it when ordering.12. Final AcceptanceBy commissioning me and sending payment, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
